Peter is a highly motivated and results-oriented soccer coach with 4 years of experience developing and mentoring young athletes.  Proven ability to foster a positive and competitive team environment, leading players to success at both the high school and youth levels.  Passionate about player development, tactical understanding, and building character through sport.

Varsity Men's Soccer Coach | Ballston Spa High School (2024-Present) 

 

* Successfully led the Ballston Spa High School varsity soccer team 

* Developed and implemented effective training programs focusing on skill development, tactical awareness, fitness, mental toughness. 

* Managed team logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and fundraising.

* Maintained positive relationships with players, parents, and school administration.

 

Ballston Spa U14 Coach 

* Led my U14 team to a MayDay tournament win, player development and fitness throughout the season and made sure every athlete understood proper soccer language 

* Developed and implemented age-appropriate training programs focusing on technical skill development, tactical awareness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategies.

* Fostered a positive and encouraging environment for players to learn and grow.
